End-User License Terms
These terms supplement the applicable app-store license and the Sportual Terms of Service for the mobile application.
Last updated and effective August 8, 2026
1. App-store terms
For an iOS download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license is displayed in App Store Connect for your territory. For an Android download, the applicable Google Play terms apply. These End-User License Terms and the Sportual Terms supplement those store terms. If they conflict, the store terms control only to the extent required by the store relationship or applicable law.
2. License
Sublime Software LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Sportual application on devices you own or control, subject to applicable app-store family-sharing rules. The application is licensed, not sold.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, defeat security, extract source code, automate access at scale, or create derivative products from the application, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity despite this restriction. You must comply with third-party terms that apply to your device, network, maps, payment method, and connected services.
4. Updates and access
We may provide updates for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or new functionality. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not warrant compatibility with every device or operating-system version. If a paid digital service materially fails to conform, you retain remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
5. Data and permissions
The application processes personal and device data as described in the Privacy Notice, including identifiable account, diagnostics, analytics, payment, notification, location, and content information where applicable. We do not characterize all usage data as anonymous. Device permissions can be managed through operating-system settings.
6. Maintenance, claims, and store responsibilities
Sublime Software LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for Sportual maintenance and support except where the store terms state otherwise. Contact support@sportualapp.com. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance for Sportual and are responsible only for obligations their own terms expressly assign to them.
For an iOS license, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries to the extent stated in Apple’s Standard EULA. Google is not made a third-party beneficiary merely by this clause. Product, intellectual-property, consumer, and regulatory claims are allocated as provided by the applicable store terms and mandatory law.
7. Warranty and liability
The disclaimers and liability limits in the Sportual Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the application is free from every defect or threat. Nothing excludes mandatory app-store remedies, statutory conformity warranties, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Licensor and contact
Licensor: Sublime Software LLC, doing business as Sportual, Gilbert, Arizona 85298, United States. Support and legal contact: support@sportualapp.com.
