1. Strictly necessary storage

We use limited first-party storage for security, routing, and language or display preferences. When regional consent controls are enabled, the sportual_privacy_region cookie stores for up to seven days whether those controls apply. You can clear first-party storage in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working as expected.

2. Optional analytics and performance

We use PostHog for curated product events and page views, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for traffic and performance, and DataFast when configured for campaign and conversion measurement. These services may use device, browser, page, referrer, campaign, approximate-location, and pseudonymous identifier data. Optional website session recording is disabled unless expressly configured.

3. Security and diagnostics

Sentry helps detect errors, abuse, and performance problems. We treat proportionate error diagnostics as necessary to operate and secure the service, minimize the data sent, and do not use it for advertising. In production, Sentry may record up to 10% of ordinary website sessions and sessions in which errors occur, with text and media masking, to diagnose failures and improve reliability.

4. Requested third-party features

A page may load Stripe or another provider when you request pricing, payment, mapping, media, or another embedded feature. The provider may set storage necessary for fraud prevention or the requested transaction. Its own notice applies to processing it controls.

5. Your choice

You can use browser controls to limit or clear cookies and similar storage. Regional consent controls may be enabled as the service and applicable requirements evolve.

6. Duration

When consent controls are enabled, the first-party consent record is kept so the site remembers the selection and is refreshed when the notice materially changes. Provider identifiers and event data follow the configured provider retention periods and are deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.
