Can coaches work without using Sportual Admin?+
Yes. Assigned team staff handle day-to-day team activity in the mobile app, while org-wide setup stays in Sportual Admin.
Can one club have multiple teams?+
Yes. Sportual Admin is built around a root organization with child teams underneath it.
How do invite links work?+
Club admins generate invite links from Sportual Admin. Coaches and parents open the link, sign in, and join the correct team in the app.
Can modules be turned on or off later?+
Yes. Club admins can enable or disable available modules per organization, and additional modules roll out over time.
What does Sportual Club cost?+
Setting up and managing your organization is free, with no subscription, per-team, or per-player fees. Sportual charges a service fee only on online payments, while Stripe processing is separate. You choose who covers the fees, and Admin shows the exact totals before collection. See Club payment fees
Which currency can clubs collect payments in?+
For Polish rollouts, fees and dues can be collected in PLN. After Stripe is configured, payouts go to the bank account connected to the organization.
Are the app and admin dashboard available in Polish?+
Yes. The Sportual mobile app, Sportual Admin, and the key notification and payment flows are prepared in Polish and English.
How does the TeamPrinted club store work?+
When Store is enabled for your organization, parents and members can browse products, personalize items, pay securely, and follow orders in the Sportual mobile app. TeamPrinted provides the catalog and handles printing, fulfillment, shipping, and merchandise support.
Does Sportual support GDPR requirements?+
Sportual scopes data by role and organization, supports admin exports, and separates staff, parent, and member access. Data processing details are covered in the privacy policy.
