1. Respect and lawful conduct
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, bully, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, or exploit another person. Do not promote violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, illegal transactions, or activity that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Sportual prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions, requests for sexual content, coercion, sextortion, or attempts to move a child into secret communication. We may preserve evidence, disable access, and report suspected conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other competent authorities as required by law. Never download, resend, or attach suspected illegal material to a report.
3. Privacy and images
Share another person’s personal information, image, location, schedule, or dependent information only with appropriate authority. Administrators must limit access to child and member information according to role. Do not dox users, publish private communications, or use Sportual for unauthorized surveillance.
4. Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material and sexual content involving minors.
- Credible threats, incitement, glorification of violence, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
- Hate or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Non-consensual intimate material, sexual harassment, or solicitation that is unlawful or directed at a minor.
- Fraud, phishing, malicious code, spam, manipulated identity, or sale of illegal or dangerous goods.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Graphic or adult content in spaces accessible to children or where it is not reasonably expected.
5. Organizer safeguarding duties
Organizations remain responsible for appropriate screening, supervision, permissions, codes of conduct, incident response, emergency procedures, and legally required reporting. Sportual tools do not replace safeguarding professionals, background checks, insurance, medical advice, or emergency services.
6. Reporting and urgent risk
Use available in-app controls to remove or block access where they are available and email support@sportualapp.com with the relevant account, group, event, or content link and a description. Do not send illegal imagery. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports are reviewed according to severity; we may restrict content or accounts while investigating.
7. Enforcement and appeals
Actions may include warnings, reduced visibility, content removal, feature restrictions, organization-admin intervention, suspension, or termination. We consider context, severity, intent, history, and risk. Unless prohibited for safety or legal reasons, a user may appeal by emailing support@sportualapp.com with “Moderation Appeal” and the relevant identifiers.
