Delete Your Account and Data
You can request deletion from the Sportual app or contact us if you cannot access your account.

1. Delete in the app
Sign in to Sportual, open your profile preferences, choose the account-deletion option, review the consequences, and confirm. You may first need to transfer or remove organization responsibilities and resolve upcoming activities that only you administer. This protects members from losing access without warning.
2. Request deletion without app access
Email support@sportualapp.com from the address associated with the account with the subject “Delete my Sportual account.” Include the account username if known. Do not send a password, authentication token, payment-card number, government ID, or sensitive dependent information by email. We will use a proportionate verification method before acting.
3. What deletion does
After verification and completion of any required account-responsibility steps, we remove or de-identify the active profile and public content where reasonably possible and begin deletion from providers used solely for the account. The process does not automatically erase independent copies held by other users or records controlled by an organization.
4. Information that may be retained
We may retain information needed for payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, moderation, safeguarding, legal claims, compliance, and backup cycles. We restrict retained information to those purposes. An organization may separately retain membership, dependent, attendance, or payment records under its own obligations. 5. Dependent-profile requests
A verified parent, guardian, or authorized organization administrator may request access, correction, or deletion of a dependent profile. Identify the organization and dependent profile without including unnecessary child data in the initial email. We may coordinate with the organization and verify authority.
